You need:

 A transparent base coat. (I'm using Avon Nail Experts Smooth Beginning base coat)

 An easy color nail polish of your liking. (I'm using Avon simply pretty shade Chilled Blue)

 A medium color nail polish. (I'm using Ambika Pillais Hard Chocolate in shad Cobalt Blue)

 A dark color nail polish. (I'm utilizing a Nail juice matte black nail polish)

 A silver glitter nail polish. (I'm using nail art pen in silver)

 A toothpick or zero number brush or old eye liner brush. (If you don't possess a nail art pen)

 A transparent top coat. (I'm using Ambika Pillais Hard Chocolate transparent top coat)

Step One:-

Neat and shape your nails in advance. Make use of a nail buffer to balance out rough surface.
